Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our growing team. If you are technically inclined, confident in dealing with customers, and interested in Instrumentation and Automation, we'd love to hear from you. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and product presentations.
• Conduct customer visits and field/site assessments.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and confident demeanor.
• Technically inclined with an interest in instrumentation and automation.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required.
• Willing to travel for client visits and site assessments.
• Basic knowledge of instrumentation and automation products is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
