Sales Engineer

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, facility management companies and end clients.
• Promote and develop business for HVAC products including ac machine and other hvac products
• Identify new projects and sales opportunities and follow them from design/specification stage through quotation, negotiation and order closing.
• Work closely with consultants and clients to specify and approve products/vendors in project specifications.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions for consultants, contractors and clients.
• Provide basic technical assistance including product selection, sizing, application and system understanding
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, technical submittals and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with manufacturers/factories and internal technical teams for product selection, pricing, technical clarification and project support.
• Monitor competitor activities, market developments and upcoming projects.
• Maintain regular project and sales pipeline updates and achieve assigned sales targets.

Candidate Requirements .

• Existing network and good working relationships with MEP contractors, consultants and clients in the UAE.
• Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications and HVAC applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently develop projects and convert technical opportunities into sales.
• UAE market experience and a valid UAE driving license.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
