What they need
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a Civil engineering or Architecture graduate.
- At least 2 years sales experience from construction-related materials such as roofing, cement, rebar etc.
- With 2 years experience in direct selling to contractors, developers, hardware stores, or roofing specialists is preferred.
- Computer-literate and knowledgeable in basic estimating.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented, proactive and hardworking.
