- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential business opportunities through market intelligence, strategic networking, and innovative prospecting methods.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle - From lead generation and relationship building to negotiation, closure, and handover.
- Engage with customers to deeply understand their operational challenges, current processes, and future requirements, and position ElectroMech solutions as value-driven enablers.
- Build strong product and application expertise to deliver compelling, consultative sales conversations that go beyond price and focus on value, safety, reliability, and lifecycle benefits.
- Deliver impactful product presentations and solution proposals that clearly articulate ElectroMechs differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Continuously enhance industry knowledge, staying abreast of market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and well-structured sales data, forecasts, and customer interactions within the CRM system to support informed decision-making and pipeline visibility.
