Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to drive OEM sales and business development for electrical and industrial products. The role involves developing new OEM accounts, understanding technical requirements, and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and acquire OEM customers, machine manufacturers, panel builders, and system integrators.

Generate leads and drive the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.

Understand OEM technical specifications, BOMs, drawings, and applications.

Recommend suitable electrical products and solutions.

Coordinate with OEM Purchase, Design, R&D, and Engineering teams.

Handle quotations, negotiations, product approvals, and commercial discussions.

Manage key OEM accounts and drive repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.

Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Conduct customer visits and develop new OEM business opportunities.

Track market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Engineering or related field.

3+years of experience in OEM / Technical / B2B Sales.

Experience with electrical or industrial products preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Good technical understanding and business development capability.

Willingness to travel for customer/OEM meetings.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
