Sales Engineer

Client Management:
Visit customers regularly to build strong relationships, understand their technical needs, and update them on new product information.

Sales Execution:
Handle customer esquires, prepare technical quotations, and proactively follow up to negotiate and close sales.

Business Development:
Prepare and implement strategic sales plans to meet target KPIs while exploring new markets and identifying potential accounts.

Operations Coordination:
Coordinate closely with internal teams and external suppliers regarding customer orders, technical servicing, and installation schedules.

Issue Resolution:
Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively while following up on payment collections for outstanding invoices.

Reporting:
Provide regular sales updates and reports to the Sales Manager, flagging critical issues for discussion.
