Sales Engineer

About the role

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing the right technical solutions — from initial approach to project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Conduct sales follow-ups and negotiations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Project teams.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

About you

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and strong in follow-up.
• Willing to learn technical products and solutions.
• Comfortable meeting customers and developing new accounts.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and growing company.
• Fresh graduates with strong motivation and a willingness to learn are welcome.
