Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Industrial Sales Engineer with experience in selling heavy machinery, industrial tools, and beveling equipment. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, handling technical sales, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in the heavy engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
• Promote and sell beveling machines, plate beveling machines, pipe beveling tools, cutting tools, and other industrial machinery.
• Visit factories, workshops, fabrication units, OEMs, EPC companies, and industrial customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery/tools.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and technical presentations.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, dealers, and distributors.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into orders.
• Coordinate with Service, Production, Design, and Accounts teams for order execution and after-sales support.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and market opportunities.
• Maintain daily visit reports, sales pipeline, customer database, and CRM/ERP records.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
