What they need
About the role
Covermat is looking for a Sales Engineer to develop customers and technical projects in electronics, EMS/PCBA, automotive/EV, data center, and industrial manufacturing.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new customers and manage existing accounts
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable technical materials
- Support product trials, samples, qualification, and project follow-up
- Develop opportunities in adhesives, thermal materials, silicone, coatings, solder, foam, films, labels, and converted parts
- Coordinate with global suppliers, application engineers, purchasing, and production teams
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer visit plans
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
- 0–3 years' experience; fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience in electronics, EMS, industrial materials, or technical sales is an advantage
- Good communication and English skills
- Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable visiting factories
- Own car and driving license are an advantage
