Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Consultation: Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and architectural plans to perform cooling load calculations and select optimal VRF.
• Business Development: Pipeline new commercial, industrial, and residential projects by identifying decisionmakers and pitching HVAC system capabilities.
• Tender & Bidding: Prepare accurate technical specifications, cost estimations, and comprehensive commercial proposals for tender submissions.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for mechanical and electrical (M&E) consultants, main contractors, and developers.
• Project Liaison: Coordinate between the client and internal engineering, logistics, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery and equipment commissioning.
• Product Presentations: Conduct technical seminars and product presentations to consultants and architects to get the company's brands specified in upcoming projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• At least 2 to 4 years of proven sales or engineering experience within the HVAC, ACMV, or building services sector.
• Strong technical understanding of VRF technology, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and energy efficiency standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC selection/load calculation software.
• Results-driven mindset with strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
