Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. To provide technical support to the sales team and customers.
2. To promote the company & products to existing and new customers.
3. Liaise with customers on their new and current packaging technical designs.
4. Develop new technical designs of packaging.
5. Identify potential area for new technical design and value propositions.
6. Propose and provide solutions to customers technical issues in packaging.
7. Handle customers’ complaints & verification of design defective products.
8. Propose packaging optimization to customers in supply chain.
9. To ensure design proposals submission on time.
10. Update management on competitors’ activities & market intelligence on regular basis.
11. To carry out daily sales activities with full integrity, responsibility & commitment.
12. Ensure the effective implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Occupational Safety & Health Procedures in the Sales Department.
13. Promote good Company’s image.
14. Provide good customer service to other departments and promote teamwork spirits among the sales team and with other departments.

Qualification and Experience

1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
2. At least 1-2 years related working experience.
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Able to read and write in Bahasa Melayu & English.
5. EngView / DXF software skills.
6. Technical :

• Corrugated Carton Boxes and Sheetboard manufacturing process
• Knowledge on different types of paper rolls
• Product Knowledge
• Price Costing
