Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Jr. Sales executive or Sales Engineer with UAE Car driving licence. candidate with technical or sales background in UAE is preferred with 2 to 4 years in sales or sales support/Administration experience in the Oil & Gas or construction / Industrial sectors. responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, visiting customers and promoting our range of products

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify & pursue new clients in Industrial sectors like Oil & Gas, construction, Fabricators, Manufacuting sectors etc.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Prepare/submit quotations and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering/estimation teams.
• Monitor industry trends

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards and sales processes.

• Submit weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.

Education: Any degree from any reputed university, preferably Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma Engineering

Experience: 2 -4 years in sales/ marketing or technical background ( Oil & Gas, or Industrial sectors).

Skills:

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to speak English and Hindi language fluently.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, PPT and ERP systems.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Preferred:
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi/UAE market and key industry players.
• Knowledge of ASME, mechanical, chemical and technical background is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Travel/Drive within UAE to meet clients, visit project sites, and attend industry events/EXPO.
