Job Summary

Own your accounts from first contact to collected payment, and win by selling value rather than price. This is a closing role with no team and no direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver your sales quota, measured year to date.
• Contact every assigned lead within the required response window.
• Visit the site before quoting larger projects.
• Keep complete CRM records and hand projects over to delivery in writing.
• Follow each account through to full payment collection.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of B2B project or considered-purchase sales, with deals of hundreds of thousands of pesos and up.
• A track record of winning deals where the client could have bought cheaper.
• Experience in any industry.
• No specific educational background is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• HubSpot experience.
• Knowledge of construction or fit-out timelines.
• A technical sales background.
