Required Industrial Sales Engineer for Manufacturing Plant

Raipur Chhattisgarh based Company is engaged in manufacturing of Pollution Control Equipments like High/Low temperature Filter Bags, Equipments,Filter Cages,ESP Insulators,ESP Electrodes,Filter Venturi,Solenoid values,Sequential Tmer Cards,Insulator Heater etc used in pollution control at cement,power plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling and customer prospecting.
• Visit prospective customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries and prepare techno-commercial offers.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate to close orders.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
• Prepare daily visit reports, monthly sales reports, and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business grow
• Reporting to Sales Head.

Desired Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident in customer meetings and technical presentations.
• Good understanding of industrial products and engineering applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-driven, organised, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Education BE/Diploma with min 2 -3 years of industrial sales.
• Travel Requirement
• Must be willing to travel extensively across ODISA based at Angul.
• Once a month or as required by company need to travel at head office Raipur Chhattisgarh,

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
