What they need
Jobdesc :
Analyze, manage, and develop market potential and business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions aligned with project specifications and requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new ones.
Monitor orders and handle customer needs and complaints.
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum Diploma D3 in Engineering degrees in Metallurgical Engineering, Foundry Engineering, or Industrial Engineering are preferred.
-At least 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in an equivalent role within the mold and die industry.
Ability to plan and implement sales strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of curiosity regarding the market.
Willingness to be placement at all of the companys branches.
