What You'll Do

• Find new clients through research, cold calling, networking, and social media
• Meet with prospects, understand their needs, and present the right products
• Negotiate prices and terms, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Work with the sales team and other departments for smooth service delivery
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or a related industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for fieldwork

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
