- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, subcontractors, and potential clients.
- Generate leads and monitor upcoming construction projects and bidding opportunities.
- Present and promote the company’s construction services to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the Engineering and Estimating teams for quotations, proposals, and project requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing construction projects.
- Monitor sales leads, quotations, proposals, and project status.
- Prepare and update sales and marketing reports.
- Attend networking events and develop industry contacts.
- Perform other marketing and sales-related tasks as assigned by management.
