Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customers and accounts by building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
• Develop and retain existing accounts by identifying business opportunities, promoting relevant products or services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support pre-sales activities, including exhibitions, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution discussions with prospective customers.
• Work closely with customers to recommend suitable solutions based on their requirements.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to accurately communicate the technical specifications, capabilities, and value of the company’s products or services.
• Gather and share market feedback on product performance, customer requirements, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Support, to address customer needs, resolve technical issues, and support sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

• 1–3 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a related industry, such as Automotive, Electrical, Medical Equipment, Industrial, Precision, Construction, or Electronics.

• Willing to travel as required.

• Proficient in MS Office.
