Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain customer relationships

About you
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Business, Ecomonic or a related field
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering, Technical Support, Communication, and Sales
- Strong expertise in Customer Service
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a target-driven and team-oriented environment
- Experience in the architectural hardware industry is a plus
- Proficiency in English is an added advantage
- Can speak Mandarin is a plus
