Sales Engineer

Qualifications & Skills:

• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the industrial sector, mainly Electrical, Automation, Wire harness, Electrical Panels, Automotive, Electrical transmission, Energy management, Electrical-Wires & Cables
• Need to have experience in both distributor management and direct customer handling.
• Familiarity with industrial products, machinery, and solutions, with the ability to engage in technical sales discussions.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging both B2B clients and dealer partners.
• Good ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
• Travel: Willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive B2B industrial sales ..
• Ensure achievement of sales targets for both revenue and profitability.
• Lead pricing, negotiation, and contract management to close high-value deals with both direct clients or distributors.
• Identify and target large industrial customers across sectors such as Electrical-Panels, Wire harness, Automation, Energy transmission & Management etc.
• Monitor sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and budget control.
• Ensure timely reportingof sales data, market insights, and performance metrics to senior management.
