Roles & Responsibilities Sales Coordinator

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth sales operations
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and invoices
• Maintain accurate records of client communication, orders, and dispatches
• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
• Handle telephonic and email inquiries with professionalism
• Support in preparing compliance documents (HSN Code, TDS, MSDS, etc.) when required
• Ensure timely delivery schedules and monitor order status

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electricals, Mechanical, or related fields
• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and email drafting
• Prior experience in sales coordination, telecalling, or client servicing preferred
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
• Jaipur-based candidates or those willing to relocate preference
