Sales Engineer

Job Description:-

1. Explore new market and identify potential business opportunities.
2. Develop new customers and expand the company's sales territory.
3. Manage existing customers and build long-term relationships.
4. Conduct customer visits, meetings and business discussions.
5. Understand customer needs and collect feedback.
6. Conduct market research, gather and analyze market information.
7. Develop and achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets.
8. Support business development activities and other tasks assigned by the department head.

Requirements:-

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing, industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
2. More than 1 year of relevant experience in the semiconductor, solar PV, electronics manufacturing industry.
3. Passionate about sales and business development, with a willingness to take on challenges.
4. Strong communication, excellent PPT presentation and negotiation skills.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, professionalism, good team spirit, detail-oriented and willing to take ownership.
6. Full Professional proficiency/native in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
7. Candidates with an established customer network in the semiconductor, solar PV or electronics manufacturing industries will be highly preferred.
8. Domain knowledge in semiconductor industry, industry 4.0 standards, digitization, artificial intelligence is an advantage.
