Job Summary:

Tratou Energy is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to sell Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Mobile Battery Energy Storage Systems (MBESS) across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and field visits.
• Identify customers using diesel generators and offer MBESS alternatives.
• Conduct customer site assessments and analyze power requirements.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and ROI comparisons.
• Develop B2B relationships and close sales contracts.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in technical sales, batteries, solar, generators, or power systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• UAE market experience and a driving licence preferred.

Compensation: Competitive salary plus performance-based sales commission.
