Sales Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Sales Team in handling customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and other requirements.
• Follow up pending quotations, orders, payments, and customer requests.
• Maintain and regularly update customer and sales databases.
• Monitor and track sales orders from order confirmation through delivery.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Purchasing, Logistics, and other departments to ensure timely processing of customer orders.
• Assist Sales personnel in preparing presentations, reports, and other required documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
• Assist in monitoring sales targets and provide updates to the Sales Team.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and other sales records.
• Assist in identifying potential customers and sales opportunities through research, calls, emails, and other appropriate channels.
• Support customer follow-ups and after-sales activities to maintain good business relationships.
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with concerned departments in addressing and resolving customer concerns.
• Assist in sales meetings, client visits, presentations, and other sales activities when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
