Sales Engineer

Market Development
Identify new market for current product, new product for current market or new products for new market for short term.
Compile information on market, product, customers, suppliers, competitors, cost trend, price trend, product specification, marketing events (exhibition, trade missions etc.)
Work closely/collaborate with SM and EN Department in exploring/identify market potential which generate short term revenue. As per item 1 & 2 as well as update/give input to BD to update Database

Promotion and Exhibitions

1. Participate in marketing events such as promotional booth, advertisement
2. Visit customers and promote products
3. Organise Product Presentation or Technical Presentations to Customers, periodical direct promotion to wholesaler

Works / Closely / Collaborate / Organize event and promotion activity with BD/EN in order to meet item 1,2 and 3 targets

Product information

1. Received inquiries from customer during customer engagement or schedule meeting.
2. Liaise and discuss with sales manager for next action.
3. Discuss with principle strategic approach to meet customer requirement. (presentation, site demo and quotation)

After Sales Services

1. Coordinate training, commissioning etc.
2. Arrange for services covered under warranty if necessary

Resolve commercial or operational issues if needed

ISO and TQM
Systems and Internal Control – develop appropriate systems, procedures and control

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Engineer, Industrial Engineer: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Malay & English (Preferred)
