Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Sales Engineer who is interested in technical sales, customer interaction, and providing engineering solutions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable technical solutions, generating enquiries, and developing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Visit customer locations to understand their technical and application requirements.
• Explain and recommend suitable engineering products and solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, enquiries, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Purchase teams to provide suitable technical solutions.
• Maintain regular communication and good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct customer visits, product discussions, and technical presentations.
• Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
• Maintain customer visit reports, enquiry status, and sales records.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills:

• Interest in technical sales and customer handling.
• Basic understanding of engineering products, machines, tools, or manufacturing processes.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide practical solutions.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Zoho sales software is preferred.

Mandatory Requirement:

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence is compulsory.
• Must be able to ride a two-wheeler / scooter confidently.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
