As we continue to grow, we are seeking a

dynamic Sales Engineer

to join our expanding team to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and support project delivery from concept to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC, data centre, and industrial sectors.

Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Project, and Procurement) to ensure successful project execution.

Conduct technical presentations and site visits to support clients’ design and operational requirements.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development strategies.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in

Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering

or related discipline.

Minimum

2–3 years’ experience

in HVAC, cooling tower, or related mechanical system sales (fresh graduates with strong interest may be considered).

Strong technical understanding of cooling systems, pumps, fans, or water treatment systems will be an advantage.

Proficient in preparing quotations, specifications, and technical documents.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
