SALES ENGINEER

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MEP and Interior Fit-Out sectors.
• Provide technical guidance and propose suitable MEP and fit-out solutions based on client requirements.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and successful project execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and follow up on potential projects.
• Review and understand project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support successful deal closure.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in Qatar.
• Proven experience in the MEP and/or Interior Fit-Out industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, as well as interior fit-out solutions.
• Ability to understand project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar market with the ability to generate new business opportunities.
• Target-oriented with strong sales follow-up and closing skills.
• Indian nationality.
• Candidates must be locally available in Qatar.
