Sales Engineer

About the role

Work Location: Bang Phli, Samut Prakan

B&D is a provider of industrial air compressors and energy-saving solutions, currently expanding its business in Thailand.

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and self-motivated Sales Engineer who enjoys meeting customers, is eager to learn, and is excited about exploring new business opportunities in a growing market.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new industrial customers, visiting factories, and building your own customer base with the support of our experienced sales and technical teams. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales career, gain industry knowledge, and grow together with B&D Thailand.

Key responsibilities

• Actively find and develop new industrial customers.
• Visit factories and meet potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products with support from our technical team.
• Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities from inquiry to order.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and continuously develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about sales.
• Goal-oriented, with a strong motivation to achieve sales targets and increase earnings through commission.
• Able to communicate in English or Chinese for daily work.
• Willing to learn about products and develop technical knowledge.
• Confident in meeting new customers, building relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Sales experience is preferred, while B2B or industrial sales experience is an advantage.
• Experience in air compressors, HVAC, pumps, pneumatics, automation, or other industrial equipment is a plus, but not required.
• Diploma, Higher Vocational Certificate, or above.
• Must hold a valid driving license and be able to drive for customer visits and factory visits.
• Having your own car is preferred.
• Must be able to commute regularly to our workplace in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan. Please consider the work location carefully before applying.
