Sales Engineer

About the role

As a Sales Engineer at TT Heat Exchanger Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and growth. Based in Puchong, Selangor, this full-time position will involve providing technical sales support and expertise to both new and existing customers. You will be responsible for understanding their unique requirements and proposing tailored heat exchanger solutions that meet their needs.

What you'll be doing

1. Liaise with customers to understand their technical requirements and specifications
2. Provide expert advice and recommendations on the most suitable heat exchanger solutions
3. Prepare detailed proposals, quotations and contract documentation for customers
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the timely delivery of products and services
5. Maintain strong relationships with customers and address any post-sales inquiries or concerns
6. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory
7. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and participate in team meetings

What we're looking for

1. Experience as a sales engineer or technical sales representative in the HVAC/industrial equipment industry
2. Have technical knowledge of heat exchanger technologies and their applications
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with customers
4. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and performance data
5. Problem-solving skills to provide customised solutions for customers
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CAD software
7. Familiarity with industry regulations, standards and certifications
