Sales Engineer

We are looking for candidates who can handle technical operations of CCTV surveillance systems across Mumbai.

Responsibilities :

• Convert leads into successful sales through effective follow-ups and relationship building.
• Manage and renew AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) agreements.
• Handle post-sales customer queries and ensure high satisfaction to generate repeat and referral business.
• Conduct site visits for project evaluation, client coordination, and requirement analysis.
• Schedule and attend meetings with clients to present solutions and close deals.
• Coordination with cctv technicians & customers.
• Project handling

Requirements :

• Knowledge of IP cameras, DVR, NVR, Biometric setup
• Basic understanding of networking & internet configuration
• Ability to travel within Mumbai
• Responsible, punctual & customer-friendly attitude
• Diploma in CCTV preferred

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
