Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Business Development

• Drive sales and revenue generation within the assigned territory.
• Achieve growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Planning and Sales Tracking

• Manage leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to achieve sales budgets and pricing objectives.
• Adhere to the company's sales processes and standards.
• Review sales pipelines and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with the Manager for annual, quarterly, and monthly business planning.
• Reassess and adjust targets based on market dynamics.
• Initiate and lead market development activities in the assigned region.

Customer Relations

• Build and sustain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Promptly address and resolve customer concerns or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally and build rapport with key stakeholders.

Collection Management

• Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections.
• Coordinate with consultants and team members to minimize outstanding amounts.

Proactively identify risks in collections and report them to management

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in sales or Business Development in Chiller/Refrigeration Sales/Pump/Compressor/Dryer/Pneumatic/Industrial Sales, OEM Sales, B2B Sales, or Direct Sales.
