team at our Elsmere, KY office. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving sales success

by leveraging their expertise in CNC workholding solutions, CAD proficiency, and exceptional

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional

service and support.

o Proactively follow up on sales opportunities, ensuring timely responses and clear

communication.

o Demonstrate an enthusiastic and optimistic attitude in all customer interactions,

creating a positive experience.

Quoting & Concept Development:

o Generate accurate quotes and conceptual designs tailored to customer needs.

o Communicate concepts effectively to customers, ensuring alignment and

satisfaction.

Collaboration:

o Work closely with our Manufacturing Engineer to finalize design details and

ensure manufacturability.

o Partner with internal teams to streamline workflows and deliver superior products.

Technical Proficiency:

o Utilize CAD software to create, modify, and review designs for custom CNC

workholding solutions.

o Apply deep knowledge of CNC workholding to provide innovative and practical

solutions.

Travel & Events:

o Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, showcasing our

products and engaging with potential customers.

o Be comfortable with occasional travel to customer sites for consultations,

installations, or support.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of CNC workholding experience.

Technical Skills: Proficient in CAD software and knowledgeable about CNC machining

and workholding principles.

Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to

build trust and rapport.

Sales Acumen: Proven ability to follow up on leads, close sales opportunities, and

manage customer relationships effectively.

Optimism & Enthusiasm: A positive and enthusiastic outlook is essential to succeed in

this sales-focused role.

Detail-Oriented: Capable of generating precise quotes and designs, ensuring quality and

accuracy.

Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and trade

shows.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work closely with cross-

functional teams.
