Sales Engineer

Manage assigned project customers and opportunities developed under company rules. Translate customer requirements into clear, accurate, and deliverable proposals and progress quotations, contracts, and contractual collections.

Be accountable for requirements documentation, opportunity follow-up, quotation accuracy, commercial commitments, project handover, and customer relationships. Technical design and installation execution remain with the Technical and Project teams.

• Education in electrical engineering, electronics, energy, business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent sales experience and technical understanding may be considered.
• Preferably at least one year of project, equipment, or solution sales experience. Strong junior candidates may be considered with training.
• Understand basic solar, inverter, storage, and customer energy requirements and explain proposals clearly.
• Demonstrate needs assessment, quotation preparation, commercial communication, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.
• Use CRM, spreadsheets, and company quotation tools.
• Communicate with customers in English and Filipino and attend scheduled site visits.
• Demonstrate integrity, cost awareness, execution discipline, and cross-department collaboration.
