Job Description

Kuvam Technologies is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Engineer to develop business opportunities in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

The ideal candidate should have a mechanical engineering background, experience in industrial or technical sales, and strong customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical products.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in industrial sales, technical sales, CNC/VMC, machine tools, or industrial equipment is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify customer requirements and develop new business.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
