Role Description The Sales Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves providing technical support and service to customers using Tele Radio’s industrial remote control systems, including installation assistance, maintenance, and repair activities. The Sales & Service Engineer will conduct field visits, diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining high service standards. The role also includes supporting sales activities by understanding customer needs, demonstrating products, preparing basic technical proposals, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams. Documentation of service activities, feedback reporting, and collaboration with global colleagues are integral to the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for industrial or electronic systems.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Field Service, including on-site customer visits and system commissioning.
• Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance & Repair of electronic or electro-mechanical equipment.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Relevant technical qualification such as a diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• Ability to read technical documentation, interpret wiring diagrams, and use diagnostic tools safely.
• Comfort working in industrial environments and willingness to travel within the Pune Division and nearby regions as required.
• Basic understanding of industrial automation or control systems; experience with radio/remote controls is an advantage.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude, customer-focused mindset, and capability to work independently and in a team.
