Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable engineering solutions.
• Drive sales and business development for industrial products, conveyor systems, and related products to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve sales and collection targets.
• Handle key clients in industries such as Steel, Cement, Ports, Thermal Power, Chemicals , Mines etc.
• Guide the technical team on product installation procedures and ensure proper execution at customer sites.

Preferred candidate profile

• BE (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).
• 5- 10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in industrial products, conveyor systems, or related industries.
• Prior experience handling customers in Steel, Cement, Ports, Thermal Power, or Chemical industries is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel as required for customer visits and business development.
