Sales Engineer

About the Role

Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a leading, full-service engineering, consulting and solutions partner who specialise in designing tailer-made turnkey water treatment systems for a range of industries including food & beverage, pharmaceutical, digital infrastructure, manufacturing, and energy production.

The primary focus of this role is to drive new sales of membrane technologies for high-purity applications across the data centre and power generation sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in deep discovery with clients to match treatment solutions with the specific needs of each facility.
• Identify and secure opportunities to acquire new business leads.
• Understand client requirements across complex water treatment applications.
• Maintain relationships with existing B2B clients, plant manufacturers, and OEMs.
• Co-ordinate close with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, and production.
• Create technical proposals, budget models, and accurate calculations for complex industrial units.

Your Profile

• University degree (B.S/M.S) in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• At least 7 years' experience in the water treatment industry.
• Strong communication, and presentation skills.
• Commercially driven, proactive, and able to organise effectively.
• Fluent in both German and English.
