Sales Engineer

Role Description

• Develop tooling solutions based on customer drawings and machining requirements.
• Design customized tooling and recommend suitable milling solutions to improve machining efficiency.
• Provide technical support throughout project implementation until mass production.
• Conduct cutting tests and provide technical support at customer sites for key projects.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend effective solutions, particularly for milling applications.
• Organize technical seminars and training sessions for distributors and end-users.
• Deliver technical presentations and share knowledge of machining applications and tooling solutions.
• Provide technical consultation to support the sales team in customer engagement.
• Conduct internal training on product knowledge, tooling applications, and machining techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience in an engineering role within the machining or manufacturing industry.
• Good command of English for technical discussions, meetings, presentations, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling setup, and productivity improvement using solid round cutting tools.
• Familiarity with 2D/3D CAD/CAM software for mechanical design.
• Ability to operate machining centers and perform basic machining-related technical tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
