Sales Engineer - Compressor Technique Service (East Coast)

Your role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Sales Engineer - East Coast. You will be part of our East Coast - Compressor Technique Aftermarket Solutions. In this role, your mission is to drive Atlas Copco's vision of "First in Mind, First in Choice" by cultivating a customer-centric culture, championing the core values of Interaction, Innovation, and Commitment, maximizing sales of parts and service solutions, developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth through the promotion of value-added products and services within the assigned territory.

Your day-to-day

• Perform SWOT analysis for own territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
• Aggressively exploit the territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
• Plan and organize sales activities, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order. Report sales activities timely and accurately in CTP.
• Cooperate with customer, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.
• Maintain highest possible customer relationship through a one-to-one concept strategy.
• Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors,
• Cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis.
• Cooperate with service operations to achieve customer satisfaction
• Job audit on work done to customers’ installations particularly after overhaul activity.
• Provide technical expertise including advisory capacity to customers.
• Preparation of Service and Parts Quotations and subsequent activities to full sales transaction.
• Compile and submit monthly reports on sales, lost orders and competition.
• Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior. Cooperate with Credit Department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue
