customers

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and technical-minded Sales Engineer to drive

sales growth for our Cutting Tools product lines. In this role, you will be

responsible for managing corporate clients in the manufacturing sectors

(Automotive, Mold & Die, Electronics). If you have a solid understanding of

CNC Machining processes and a passion for industrial sales, we want you on

our team.

Responsibilities

• Product Presentation: Introduce and recommend suitable cutting tools

(Endmills, Drills, Inserts) based on customers' production requirements.

• Technical Consultation: Provide on-site technical support,

troubleshoot machining issues, perform tool trials, and propose costreduction/cycle-time reduction solutions.

• Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing

clients and proactively identify new business opportunities in the assigned

territory.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial

Engineering, or a related technical field. (Candidates with a Diploma in

Machine Shop/Tool & Die with direct experience are also welcome).

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in industrial sales or a

strong background in CNC machining, milling, and turning processes.

• Key Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal

skills with a strong customer-service mindset

• Mobility: Must possess a personal car and a valid driver's license, with

the ability to travel frequently to visit factory clients.
