Sales Engineer – Cylinder Tank Products

About the role

Execute the sales of company products (LPG cylinders and other packages) to target end-users and agents to meet or exceed volume targets. Deliver exceptional service to customers and liaise effectively with internal divisions (e.g., operations, logistics) to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute the sales of company products (LPG cylinders and other packages) to target end-users and agents to meet or exceed volume targets
• Deliver exceptional service to customers and liaise effectively with internal divisions (e.g., operations, logistics) to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Process daily orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and swiftly resolve any day-to-day operational issues or customer complaints
• Track and compile accurate reports on sales quantities, competitor movements, and market trends, presenting findings to Factory Manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development (experience in cylinder tank or energy sector, industrial sector is highly advantageous)
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing trade receivables and credit limits
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively within a team
