Sales Engineer - Davao (Work from Home)

Ambas Electric & Automation (AEA) is a fast-growing electrical, automation, and construction company based in Lipa, Batangas, serving industrial and power-sector clients nationwide. We are expanding into Mindanao and are looking for a home-based Sales Engineer to develop our Davao territory.

This is a work-from-home role. You will operate from your own home base in Davao, with client meetings and site visits within the territory as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads for electrical, automation, and power-sector projects

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations

• Build and maintain client relationships across the Davao / Mindanao territory

• Coordinate with the Lipa-based engineering team on technical requirements

• Meet agreed sales targets and maintain an active pipeline

• Submit regular sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related course

• Sales experience, preferably technical or industrial sales

• Based in Davao with good knowledge of the local market

• Able to work independently in a home-based setup

• Willing to travel within the territory for client visits

• Competitive salary (25,000 - 35,000 per month) plus commission
