Sales Engineer (East area / semiconductor)

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize account growth.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare sales forecasts to support raw material planning and production capacity management.
• Collaborate with overseas representatives to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Implement customer acquisition strategies and support new account development activities.
• Monitor market trends and demand forecasts to support business planning.
• Conduct market research and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a semiconductor industry or sales engineering environment.
• Knowledge of market analysis, demand forecasting, and customer account management.
• Experience in business development and new customer acquisition.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and market intelligence gathering.
