Sales Engineer (Electronic/Semiconductor)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new markets and expand customer coverage.
• Manage customers, distributors, and agents to drive sales growth.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Follow up on customer projects, samples, and sales opportunities.
• Provide pre- and after-sales technical support.
• Support product testing, optimisation, and new business development.
• Achieve sales targets and support territory/customer coverage planning.
• Travel extensively to meet customers.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in Malaysia’s Electronics, SMT, Semiconductor, or Wave Soldering industry is mandatory.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Passionate about sales and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Own transport and willing to travel.
