In this role, you will bridge technical expertise with business development—translating complex client requirements into customized, engineered pump solutions for contractors, EPCs, and industrial end-users.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Lead Generation: Proactively identify, target, and secure new sales opportunities for engineered pump solutions within heavy industries (Power Generation, Refineries, Petrochemicals).
• Technical Proposal & Estimation: Analyze customer technical specifications, fluid parameters, and operational constraints to engineer tailored solutions, technical proposals, and cost estimations.
• Account & Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and sustain long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers, engineering contractors, and professional end-users.
• Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations and technical briefings at client meetings, industry expos, and technical forums.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner internally with engineering, operations, and service departments to ensure seamless project delivery and post-sales satisfaction.

📋 Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in heavy industry sectors (e.g., Power Plants, Refineries, Petrochemicals).
• Track Record: Demonstrated success in B2B technical sales or business development roles.
• Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of mathematics and technical engineering principles.
• Commercial Acumen: Experience in proposal preparation, cost estimation, and commercial bidding.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English for both written and verbal technical communication.
