Position: Sales Engineer (English required)

Working: Monday - Friday 09.00 AM- 05.30PM ออกต่างจังหวัด 3-4 วัน/สัปดาห์

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Engineer who can discuss projects, has a trustworthy and friendly personality, excels in relationships and negotiation, and has a technical background or experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or Field Service Engineering within the EMS, SMT, or industrial automation industry.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business
• Present products/services and prepare quotations
• Establish new business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation

About you

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation, Business Administration, or marketing
• 3–5 years of successful track record in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or Field Service Engineering within the EMS, SMT, or industrial automation industry
• Strong ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
• Ability to quickly understand technical product specifications and industrial applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and self-motivated
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in preparing quotations, sales contracts, and monthly reports
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel to factory sites or client meetings as required
