Job Summary: We are looking for Sales Engineers - Field Sales to drive business development for construction equipment and related technical solutions. The role involves client visits, site visits, product demonstrations, technical discussions and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business through field sales and client visits.
Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.
Promote construction equipment and technical solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Prepare quotations and proposals.
Coordinate with engineering and installation teams.
Follow up on enquiries, negotiations and order closures.
Maintain sales reports and CRM records.
Travel within the assigned region as required.

Required Profile:

2-3+ years of experience in Field Sales / Technical Sales / B2B Sales.
Experience in construction equipment, industrial machinery, elevators, material handling or related products preferred.
B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with good business development skills.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
