What they need
Strong technical knowledge of generator systems, specifications, performance characteristics and applications
Proven experience in sales engineering, preferably within the generator, power systems, or related mechanical/electrical equipment industry
Demonstrated track record of successful sales achievements and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical abilities to assess customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field
