Sales Engineer - Govt

About the Role We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead and own Noki's pan-India revenue function. You will build the sales team, set targets, and be fully accountable for business growth across government, defense, and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual revenue targets for India
• Build, manage, and mentor the sales team including BDEs
• Drive order booking, pipeline velocity, and deal closure rates
• Expand wallet share with existing accounts (NPCIL, BARC, DRDO, etc.)
• Identify and convert new institutional and government accounts
• Oversee GeM/CPPP tender participation and win rates
• Report weekly on pipeline value, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts

You Will Be Measured On

• Monthly and annual revenue achieved vs. target
• Number of new accounts acquired per quarter
• Tender win rate
• Order-to-closure cycle time
• Team quota attainment

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years in B2B sales, preferably in scientific instruments, defense, or government sector
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
• Experience managing a sales team
• Strong network within PSUs, DRDO labs, or research institutions is a strong advantage
